Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customer happiness matters to us, and we will work quickly to resolve any problems.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
