Loyalty Program
How do I join the loyalty program?
It's free! Sign up in your account or ask at either of our café locations. You'll start earning points immediately on every purchase—online and in-store.
How do I earn and redeem points?
Earn 1 point per dollar spent. Every 100 points gets you a free bag of coffee, a free drink at our café, or exclusive merchandise. You can also earn bonus points during special promotions.
Do online and in-store purchases count?
Yes! All purchases—whether online or at our two café locations—earn loyalty points. Link your account to your in-store card to track points across all channels.
What exclusive perks do members get?
Members enjoy early access to new roasts, exclusive blends, birthday rewards, and special member-only events at our cafés. Plus, you'll get updates on new products and promotions.
Returns & Support
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your coffee, contact us within 30 days. We'll offer a replacement, refund, or credit toward your next order. Unopened products in original condition are eligible for returns.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital and physical gift cards are available in any amount. They work online and at both café locations. Perfect for coffee lovers in your life. Order online or ask at the café.
How do I report a problem with my order?
If something arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@steadfastcafe.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right immediately—replacement or refund, your choice.

Do you have WiFi and seating?
Yes! Both locations have free WiFi, comfortable seating, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're a favorite spot for remote workers, students, and friends catching up. Bring your laptop or just relax with a great cup of coffee.
Can I order online for pickup?
Absolutely. Order online and pick up at either location within 30 minutes. Just select 'Café Pickup' at checkout and choose your preferred location. It's a great way to skip the line.
Do you host events or tastings?
We love hosting the community! We regularly hold coffee tastings, brewing workshops, and live music events. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to hear about upcoming events.
Subscription
How does the subscription work?
Our subscription delivers fresh coffee to your door on a schedule you choose—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You select your favorite beans, grind preference, and delivery frequency. It's easy to pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! You can update your coffee selection, grind preference, or delivery frequency anytime from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next scheduled shipment.
Do I get a discount with a subscription?
Yes! Subscribers earn loyalty points on every purchase, including subscription orders. Plus, you'll get 10% off every shipment and free shipping on orders over $35.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalties or fees. Pausing is perfect if you want to take a break, and you can resume whenever you're ready.
Coffee & Freshness
How fresh is your coffee?
All our coffee is roasted in-house and shipped within days of roasting. We roast to order whenever possible to ensure maximum freshness. Look for the roast date on every bag.
What's the best way to store coffee?
Store your coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. A cool, dark cupboard is ideal. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as condensation can affect flavor. Whole beans stay fresh for 2-3 weeks; ground coffee for about 1 week.
Do you offer decaf options?
Yes! We offer a selection of decaf single-origin and blend options. All our decaf is water-processed for a clean, flavorful cup. Check our online store to see current decaf availability.
Are your beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We partner directly with farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. We pay fair prices and support community development projects in coffee-growing regions.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping arrives within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping options, so check back soon!
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your coffee. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Coffee products must be unopened and in original condition.
Can I change or cancel my order?
